Bags for chalk are water resistant and can be used to store extra supplies like gloves and rope. Tool holders look like carpenter’s belts and are very handy rock climbing gear. They can be used to hammer in belays and to chip away at rock for proper rope placement. Other tools include an ice pick and screwdriver to clear a space for rope and equipment on rock that is covered with ice or moss.
